Fixed Rack Angle Shearing Machine

Fix Rack Angle Shearing Machine Frame is made of Solid Steel plates with safeguards, to make it more supportive. An interlock is provided to reduce the chances of being powerless while loading.

HOLD DOWN SYSTEM : This system is to handle & secure the sheet and to reduce the cause of slipping & bowing allows a clear and definite cuts.
KNIVES : To enhance the life of the tool, (HcHcr) Knives with four edged of single segment with high quality are provided for Hydraulic Shearing Machine
MECHANICAL BACK GAUGE : Mechanical Back Gauge is arranged for accurate and effortless cutting and operated by Rack Pinion. On the table, a "T" slot is provided, from where the front gauge moves.
FINGER GUARD : In Hold down system, a Finger Guard is fixed to protect the operators from the happening.
LUBRICATION : Lubrication pump is equipped to all the moving parts to operate it manually and also for its smooth functioning.
